Mindy is the People First (HR) Team Member & Consultant serving internal and external clients in a multifaceted human resources role. Mindy is a human resources professional with extensive experience in all HR related functional areas. Most recently she was the SVP, Human Resources Director at Reliant Bank in Franklin where she helped the bank grow from 35 to over 400 employees. As a member of the bank’s leadership team, she was responsible for recruiting, policy development, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, payroll, learning and development, and M & A project planning and execution. Mindy is committed to providing value-based services; anticipating and meeting the needs of her internal and external clients; producing quality solutions on agreed-upon timelines; and most importantly, building relationships based on integrity and professionalism. Mindy has lived in Pennsylvania, California, New York, and has called Middle Tennessee home since 1992.
